The wedding season has WELL and TRULY kicked off for me, hence why this is my first blog post in a long time. I've been so snowed under with shooting and editing weddings, that this has taken a back seat. However, I'm back to it and Rebekah & Ryan's wedding day was the BEST way to start on the blog for 2024 weddings.
It's early May and we were in Cheshire at the most beautiful Lady Grey Farm for Rebekah & Ryan's most special of wedding days. An actual working farm with a traditional, wooden looking barn with a very contemporary interior. I especially loved the exposed concrete, use of black walls and exposed steelwork. Perfect for Rebekah & Ryan's choice of decoration, outfits and overall vibe of the day.
These two had guests come from far and wide to celebrate their day with them, even their two handsome dogs turned up for the occasion - finally another dog friendly wedding venue! Rebekah & Ryan are obviously two incredibly popular people as childhood friends, university mates and work friends had all come together for the ride. A very emotional and upbeat ceremony was followed by lawn games, eating ice cream and being entertained by the very talented Alicia Ruby in the bank holiday sunshine.
Rebekah stole the show in her beautiful gown from Flamingo Boulevard, which gave off all the elegant and editorial vibes that she was looking for. The beaded details all tied in with their table decorations, venue dressing and all the way through to the cake.
Rebekah & Ryan spent the whole day belly laughing, dancing and getting their way through a hefty bar tab - what more could you ask for?? I'll let the pictures do the talking ...
